The research management of Binaloud Higher Education Institute operates with the aim of guiding and monitoring research activities under the supervision of the institute's vice president of research. In general, he is responsible for the review of research projects and the implementation of research policies of the institute, as well as the supervision of the good implementation of research projects from the beginning of definition to the approval of the final report. Among the other responsibilities of this management is planning for the formation of research cores, holding meetings of the research council and following up on its approvals, planning for holding conferences and conventions. In addition, part of the process of supervising the preparation of master's theses according to the format and registering it on the Irandoc website and the verification system is also the responsibility of this administration. Currently, the research management of the institute is under the responsibility of Dr. Negar Hosseinian.

Dr. Negar Hosseinian graduated with a PhD in geography and urban planning from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2016. He is a full-time faculty member of Binaloud Institute of Higher Education in Mashhad and has authored numerous articles in the field of urban planning and urban design. Responsibilities and powers of research management:

-Trying to familiarize the faculty members as much as possible with research activities and encourage them to conduct research through the organization of conferences, educational and research workshops.

-Compilation of guidelines, regulations and executive instructions of the research field and their revision and updating

-Completing and updating the information related to the research activities of the university faculty members and evaluating the works and documents related to these activities.

-Managing, evaluating and approving internal research projects of faculty members and visiting professors and concluding contracts and monitoring their implementation

-Developing, strengthening and directing approved research projects with a priority of applied and targeted research

-Providing consulting services in the field of research projects and student theses

-Carrying out matters related to concluding research contracts and taking action regarding their implementation

-Provision of equipment facilities and equipment needed for research projects with the help of related units

-Forming research cores and research centers and monitoring their activities

-Planning research criteria and monitoring the process of identification and Irandoc registration of theses of graduate students

-Seminars, congresses, specialized conferences and educational-research workshops based on the needs of the audience

-Supervision of all research affairs of the institute, library and information banks

-Supporting the activities of the library and predicting and providing the necessary credits to complete the order, purchase books, publications needed by the university -library and access to databases (Mega paper, Civilica, etc.)

  -Carrying out matters related to the planning of the research council of the institution and organizing, compiling and communicating the approvals of this council and holding and managing the council meetings.

-Monitoring the evaluation of the progress of the research activities of the faculties and preparing an annual report to be presented to the research council.

-Policy making and planning in holding various exhibitions (book fairs) and the annual technology research week.

-Cooperating with the public relations unit to communicate with the country's newspapers in order to publish articles and scientific reports

-Organizing scientific publications of the university and monitoring their activities

-Planning and collaborating with faculty members in publishing translated works and books

-Communicating with professors, experts and experts and encouraging them to submit articles, translations and scientific writings to be published in magazines.

-Hardware and software support in the preparation and maintenance, service and monitoring of existing laboratory and research equipment

-Approving the credits of the research project and approving the notification of the credits to the faculty members
