The University Alumni Office is amongst the subdivisions of the Vice Chancellor for Education. The main task of this office is to help students graduate in all levels of education (associate, bachelor's degree and master’s degree). Currently, Mr. Sepahvand is in charge of managing the graduates' affairs of Binaloud Institution of Higher Education.

Description of graduate management duties

A: Preparing, arranging and issuing certificates and transcripts of graduates and sending them to universities, higher education institutions and applicant organizations after the approval of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad as the selected university of Khorasan Razavi province

B: Preparing, arranging and issuing temporary certificates for graduates

A: Preparing and issuing permanent certificates for graduates

D: Preparing and issuing a permanent encyclopedia for graduates
